【応募方法】

• 本コンテストの公式特設サイト（以下「本サイト」といいます）にアクセスし、メールアドレスをご登録のうえ、応募フォームに沿ってスクリーンショットの画像をご投稿いただければ応募完了となります。


• 本コンテストで審査対象となるのは、『ファンタジーライフi グルグルの竜と時をぬすむ少女』ゲーム内のフォトモードのみを利用して撮影されたスクリーンショットです。ゲーム外ツール（当該ゲームの改造・改変、生成AI等）を利用した作品は審査対象外となりますのでご注意ください。


• そのほか各部門の応募方法・審査基準に関する詳細は、本サイトをご確認ください。


• 本コンテストではスマートシェア株式会社が運営するキャンペーンツール「OWNLY」を使用します。ご応募いただいた作品は自動的にOWNLYサービス上でも表示されますのであらかじめご了承ください。

【受賞者発表】

• 応募者の中から、厳正な審査のうえ、各部門の受賞者を決定いたします。


• 受賞者の発表は、本サイトその他当社公式Webサイト、公式SNS、各種メディア（当社のリリース）などで行います。


• 各部門の受賞者には、事務局からメールでご連絡いたします。なお、ご連絡は日本語または英語での対応となります。


• 応募フォームの事項に不備がある場合や当社からご連絡ができない場合、または、当社から受賞連絡から3日以内にご返信いただけない場合は受賞の権利が無効となります。（当社よりメールでご連絡させていただく際は、「noreply@ownly.jp, LV5DG_FLiPhotoContest@level5.co.jp」のアドレスから送信致しますので、メールアドレスもしくはドメイン指定で受信設定されている場合は、このアドレスからのメールが受信できるように設定をお願い致します）。
  また、受賞者の住所が不明確な場合や転居による住所変更などの理由により賞品をお届けできない場合も受賞の権利を無効とさせていただく場合があります。


• 受賞者への連絡を除き、当社から本コンテストに関して応募者に個別にご連絡することはいたしません。また、本コンテストの審査状況や審査結果等のお問い合わせにはお答えいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。


• 一度消失した権利はいかなる場合も復活できません。


• 賞品の交換・返却はお受けできません。


• 受賞の権利並びに賞品の第三者への譲渡・換金・ネットオークションへの出品等はご遠慮ください。

【注意事項】

• お1人様何作品でもご応募いただけますが、ご応募に利用できるメールアドレスは、お1人様につき1つまでとします。なお、1回の応募につきご投稿いただける作品は1点のみとなります。


• 18歳未満の方がご応募される際は保護者の同意が必要となります。応募された時点で同意を得ているものとみなします。


• 応募者は、自己の責任と費用負担において本コンテストに応募するものとします。本コンテストに関して被ったいかなる損害(本コンテストの変更、中断、中止を含み、これらに限定されません)についても、当社は責任を負わないものとします。


• 以下にあてはまる応募作品は、審査対象外とさせていただきます。また、審査後に審査対象外となる事由が認められた場合、受賞を取り消させていただく場合があります。


• 募集テーマから外れているもの。


• フォトモード以外（ゲーム外ツールや編集加工を含む）を使用して撮影されたもの。


• 他のユーザーまたはその他の第三者の所有権、著作権を含む知的財産権、肖像権、名誉・信用・プライバシー等の権利を侵害するもの。


• わいせつ・残虐・差別に相当するもの、その他第三者に不快感を与えるもの。


• 公序良俗に反するもの。また反する恐れがあるもの。


• 作品を公開することが不適切であると当社が判断するもの。


• 広告宣伝、営業活動、選挙活動、特定の思想・宗教への勧誘等を目的とするもの。


• 本コンテストは、当社が必要と判断したときには、応募者に事前に何ら催告なく変更・中断・中止する場合があります。


• 本応募規約が変更された場合は、変更後の内容が直ちに適用されます。

【著作権】

• 受賞作品の著作権（著作権法第27条および第28条の権利を含みますが、これらに限定されません）は当社が本コンテストの受賞者発表を行った時点で当社に無償で譲渡されるものとします。


• ご応募いただいた応募作品は、受賞の有無にかかわらず、『ファンタジーライフi』当社公式Webサイト、公式SNS、広報資料等に使用させていただく場合があります。応募者は、ご応募いただいた時点で当該使用に同意したものとみなします。


• ご応募いただいた応募作品を当社が使用する場合、応募者に事前に連絡することなく、必要となる画像の調整・翻案・改変等を行うことがあります。応募者はこれについても同意するものとします。


• 応募者は当社および当社が指定する第三者に対して、応募作品にかかる著作者人格権を行使または主張しないものとします。

【個人情報】

以下のいずれかに該当する、またはその恐れがあると当社が判断した応募は無効とし、削除・取り下げの対象となることがあります。

• 応募者・受賞者よりお預かりしたの個人情報は、受賞者へのご連絡、および賞品発送の目的に必要な範囲でのみに使用するものとし、当社は個人情報を安全に管理するため、セキュリティに最大限の注意を払います。


• 個人情報の取扱いに関しましては、当社が別途定める「株式会社レベルファイブ プライバシーポリシー」をご参照ください。


• 応募者は、応募規約への同意とともに、当社プライバシーポリシーにも同意したものとみなします。

How to Apply

• To enter the Contest, please access the official special website for the Contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”), register your email address, and submit a screenshot image via the entry form provided. Your entry will be deemed complete upon submission.
  Note: Only screenshots taken using the in-game Photo Mode of FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time will be eligible for judging in this Contest. Please be advised that any works created using external tools (including but not limited to modifications or alterations of the game, or generative AI, etc.) will not be considered for judging.
  Note: For further details regarding the application procedures and judging criteria for each category, please refer to the Website.


• This Contest utilizes the campaign tool “OWNLY,” operated by Smart Share, Inc. Please note that any works submitted will also be automatically displayed on the OWNLY service.

Announcement of Winners

• From among all applicants, the winners for each category will be determined through a strict and impartial screening process.


• The announcement of winners will be made on the Website, as well as through the Company’s official websites, official social media accounts, and various media outlets (via Company press releases).


• Winners of each category will be contacted by the Contest Office via email. Please note that all communications will be conducted in Japanese or English.


• If there are any deficiencies in the information provided on the entry form, if the Company is unable to contact the winner, or if the winner does not respond within three (3) days of the Company’s notification of the award, the right to receive the prize shall be forfeited. (When contacting winners by email, the Company will send messages from the address “noreply@ownly.jp, LV5DG_FLiPhotoContest@level5.co.jp.” If you have set restrictions on incoming emails by address or domain, please ensure that emails from this address can be received.)
  In addition, if the winner’s address is unclear, or if the prize cannot be delivered due to reasons such as a change of residence, the right to receive the prize may also be forfeited.


• Except for notifications to winners, the Company will not contact individual applicants regarding this Contest. Furthermore, please note that we are unable to respond to any inquiries concerning the judging process, status, or results of the Contest.


• Once forfeited, rights cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.


• Prizes cannot be exchanged or returned.


• The right to receive a prize, as well as the prize itself, may not be transferred to any third party, converted into cash, or listed on online auctions.

Important Notes

• Each participant may submit multiple works; however, only one email address may be used per participant. Please note that only one work may be submitted per entry.


• Participants under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before applying. By submitting an entry, it shall be deemed that such consent has been obtained.


• Applicants shall enter the Contest at their own responsibility and expense. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred in connection with the Contest (including, but not limited to, changes, suspension, or cancellation of the Contest).


• Entries falling under any of the following categories will not be eligible for judging. Furthermore, if grounds for disqualification are identified after judging, the award may be rescinded.


• Works that deviate from the contest theme.


• Works captured using methods other than the in-game Photo Mode (including the use of external tools or editing/processing).


• Works that infringe upon the ownership, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, portrait rights, honor, credibility, privacy, or other rights of other users or third parties.


• Works containing obscene, brutal, or discriminatory content, or any other content that may cause discomfort to third parties.


• Works that are contrary to public order and morals, or that may potentially be so.


• Works that the Company deems inappropriate for publication.


• Works created for the purpose of advertising, commercial solicitation, political campaigning, or solicitation to specific ideologies or religions.


• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion, without prior notice to applicants, whenever it deems necessary.


• In the event that these Terms and Conditions are amended, the revised provisions shall take immediate effect.

Copyright

• The copyright of winning works (including, but not limited to, the rights set forth in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) shall be transferred to the Company free of charge at the time the Company announces the winners of the Contest.


• Submitted works may be used, regardless of whether they are selected as winning entries, on the official websites, official social media accounts, promotional materials, and other media of the Company related to FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time. By submitting an entry, applicants shall be deemed to have consented to such use.


• In the event that the Company uses submitted works, the Company may, without prior notice to the applicant, make necessary adjustments, adaptations, or modifications to the images. Applicants shall be deemed to have consented to such actions.


• Applicants shall not exercise or assert any moral rights of authorship in relation to their submitted works against the Company or any third party designated by the Company.

Personal Information

Any entry that falls under, or is deemed by the Company to potentially fall under, any of the following categories shall be rendered invalid and may be subject to deletion or withdrawal.

• Personal information provided by applicants and winners will be used solely for the purposes of contacting winners and delivering prizes, and only to the extent necessary for such purposes. The Company will exercise the utmost care in handling and securely managing personal information.


• For matters concerning the handling of personal information, please refer to the “LEVEL-5 Inc. Privacy Policy” separately established by the Company.


• By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, applicants shall also be deemed to have agreed to the Company’s Privacy Policy.
